Dr. Fernando Paranaiba Filgueira

Graduated in Pharmacy (2006) from the Federal University of Mato Grosso (UFMT), master's degree (2008) and PhD (2012) in Sciences (Pharmacology) from the University of São Paulo (USP). He is currently Adjunct Professor A (level 2) of the Jataí Regional from the Federal University of Goiás (REJ-UFG), teaching classes in the Healthy Human Body module (sub-module - Physiology) and the Integrating Activity module of the Medical Course. Advisor in the Health Applied Sciences Postgraduate Program (PPGCAS) and Deputy Director of REJ-UFG (2015-2019). Has experience in Physiology and Vascular Pharmacology. He has carried out projects investigating experimentally and clinically the cellular and molecular mechanisms involved in the vascular responses of hypertension, obesity and diabetes, using vascular reactivity and molecular biology as an experimental tool. Currently she has also been dedicated to the study of sexual dysfunction in women. (Text informed by the author)
