Graduated in Biological Sciences - Medical Modality from the Barão de Mauá Faculty Union (1996) (Registration in CRBM 3rd Region, No. 4876 with a degree in Clinical Pathology (Clinical Analysis), Molecular Biology of Microbiology with FAPESP Scholarship (1997) FMRP-USP, Master of Science in Concentration Area: Basic and Applied Immunology from Ribeirão Preto Medical School - University of São Paulo (2000) (CAPES 7) FMRP-USP with FAPESP scholarship and PhD in Medical Sciences - Area of ​​Concentration: Medical Clinic with option in Biomedical Research from the Faculty of Medicine of Ribeirão Preto-USP (2005) (CAPES 6) with FAPESP scholarship He served as Visiting Professor of Medical Microbiology at the Santa Cruz State University - UESC Has experience in Medical Microbiology, with lines of research in Virology (HIV, Dengue, Hantavirus, Mayaro, Oropouche, Fever. Molecular Biology and Recombinant DNA Technology, Immunovirology, Entomovirological Surveillance acting on the following subjects: molecular diagnosis, Bioinformatics phylogenetic analysis of viruses transmitted by arthropods and rodents, production of recombinant proteins for use in diagnosis, isolation and identification of Microorganisms. He is Assistant Professor III of the Federal University of Goiás - UFG. Coordinates Virology and Microbiology projects at the Federal University of Goiás - Regional Jatai and participates in collaborative projects at the University and with other groups. He was Coordinator of the Postgraduate Program in Applied Health Sciences - PPGCAS, Federal University of Goiás - Jatai Regional. He is Professor of the Postgraduate Program in Parasitology and Immunology at the Federal University of Mato Grosso - UFMT. Coordinates the Virology Laboratory of the Federal University of Goiás - UFG (LAVUFG). He is general coordinator of the Goiana Research Network entitled Study on Arboviruses and Emerging Viruses - FAPEG -GO.
